I’ve worked with countless clients on how to recognise unhealthy patterns in relationships and I’ve witnessed transformational results. Not only do I understand this as a therapist but I’ve recovered from these cycles in my personal life and I’m going to give you the tools I used to do the same.

Whether you are single, dating or in a fresh relationship - this is going to completely change how you approach things and allow you to line up with someone who really values you. Many people tell me they cannot afford to go through the cycle again which is why I felt so passionate to create this type of support.

week 1 - Understanding your patterns

We’ll start to dive into some common dynamics that play out in relationships and really help you to understand what’s currently going on for you. You’ll learn about 4 main dynamics and how they play out. You’ll learn how to move away from doing this and what the alternative actually looks like.

week 2 - Attachment style

Let’s get into attachment style. This can be huge when it comes to relationships. A relationship can be really triggering for both people if this isn’t a match. I’m going to teach you how this plays out, who/what you need to line up with based on yours and how to work on a more secure attachment style (which is ideally where we want to be!)


week 3- The healthy relationship

What does a healthy relationship actually look like? What have you been used to and what has that led you to expect? I’m going to help you to create a clear compass of what healthy looks like. This will change what you line up with and lead you to actually experiencing a fulfilling healthy relationship.

week 4- Relationship with yourself

Your relationship with yourself is everything. See this as your base. Before we continue to look at relationships let's look at the most important relationship you have - the one with yourself. ‘Do I like me?’, is the big question here. Let’s work on building some beautiful foundations. We’ll look at emotional regulation, self-validation, meeting your own needs and recognising your qualities.



week 5- who to pick

This is where we start getting into the really juicy stuff! You might have already heard of red flags but I’m going to introduce you to green flags, amber flags and how to navigate them all! This is your chance to actually work out what’s important to you. You’ll learn the things that cloud you from seeing clearly and how to look for shared values. We’ll also look at the vibe you give off when you’re dating and how to radiate your worth.

week 6- Boundaries

Possibly the most important week of the whole course. As you’ll come to understand boundaries. are. everything. What are your boundaries currently like and where have you been going wrong? I’ll help you to see how attractive holding healthy boundaries actually is to the other person. This will help you to realise that if you’re rejecting or abandoning yourself, this is what tends to manifest in your relationships. Let’s change that together.

week 7- know your worth

You’re going to start to see yourself in a whole new way! Your uniqueness, your ‘good enough’ base, taking off the gown and Goddess energy. I love this week in the course, so much self-worth building is about to take place.

week 8- the stages

Ever get confused on what the stages of a relationship are actually supposed to look like? When should I be seeing emotional intimacy? When should we be committing? I’m going to give you a really clear way of understanding this. We want relationships to grow and flourish, so this helps you to do exactly that.

week 9- Relationship dynamics

I’m going to help you to understand that there’s 4 people in a relationship, not 2. You’re going to learn how to navigate each others wounds and past experiences, to form a much more healthy relationship. Self-awareness is key here.

week 10 - Conflict resolution

Date nights, meals out, weekends away together. That’s all lovely. But the glue holding your relationship together is the ability to recover from conflict. However healthy the relationship is, there will always be conflict. If there’s not that’s a concern and I’ll explain why. So let’s learn the art of conflict resolution. Don’t forget you can put this into practice outside of romantic relationships too.

week 11 - space to flourish

How do you actually grow a relationship that’s destined to flourish? Let’s talk love languages, having fun, space to grow and the controversial topic of how to leave space for exit. Following these steps will give you the best chance to enjoy a truly amazing relationship.

week 12 - Tying it together

We’ll look back over everything you’ve learnt, celebrate your changes and witness together how far you’ve come. You now have a completely different view of relationships to when you started. You know your blocks, you know what you’re looking for and how to find it, you know how to navigate difficulties and most importantly you’re growing your self-worth like never before.
