What is Meditation?

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. When we meditate we come into a state of relaxation in the mind and body, whilst remaining focused and aware. We can use a variety of techniques in meditation to enable us to reach a more relaxed, focused and present state of mind. 

Why Meditate?

The benefits of meditation are endless but just some include: enhanced self-awareness, stress relief, lower blood pressure, decrease in anxiety, improved concentration and focus, increased creativity, develops our intuition.

What classes do you offer?

I offer a variety of classes including:

  • Beginners/Intermediate
  • Relaxation
  • Meditation and healing (with Emily Spriggs)
  • 1-2-1 classes working to indivudal client requests i.e. anxiety, self-confidence, spiritual development, etc.
